Galo Bertin presentó su nueva colección Fall/Winter 17 en la más reciente edición del Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week México. Bajo el nombre OFER, Galo se inspiró en un hombre hedonista en la década de los noventas, quien se pone a el primero antes que a cualquier cosa. Piensa en una intersección entre Dorian Grey y Christian Bale en American Psycho.
Su ya tradicional sastrería ha dado sin duda un giro interesante, arriesgándose con nuevas construcciones, presentando nuevos colores e introduciendo texturas que no habíamos visto en sus colecciones. Es así como Galo asume el reto de innovar colección tras colección, aun cuando podría pensarse que en la sastrería no hay rango.

Galo Bertin presented his new collection Fall / Winter 17 in the latest edition of the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Mexico. Under the name OFER, Galo was inspired by a hedonistic man in the nineties, who puts himself first before anything else. Think of an intersection between Dorian Gray and Christian Bale in American Psycho.
Its traditional tailoring has undoubtedly given an interesting twist, taking risks with new constructions, introducing new colors and textures that we had not seen in his previous collections. This is how Galo assumes the challenge of innovating collection after collection, although it could be thought that in tailoring there is no rank.
